There are plenty of places online (The Tire Rack) where you can check and see what you should have your tires inflated to. Every type of tire will be different, and so will every person. What I mean by that is that I usually keep mine inflated to 32 PSI but if I know I'm going to be beating on it a little bit, I'll lower the pressure to like 29 or 30 PSI so I can get some more contact

Hmm, looked all over tirerack.com and couldn't find it. On discounttire.com, they just said to stop by and they have a copy of the tire load/inflation tables. I couldnt' even locate a table on Yokohama's site either.

The pressure recommended by your car's manufacturer (in the owner's manual and/or the door jamb sticker) is a good place to start. Try it. If you find that you need to change it, then do so - either to adjust the handling, or due to uneven tire wear (more wear in the center than both edges is a sign of overinflation, and more wear on both edges than in the center is a sign of underinflation).

I always keep 35-40 psi. I like the low rolling resistance.

That, and I always see tires worn from underinflation, but hardly ever from overinflation. I stay high.
