Go to the Honda parts counter and get the Honda Manual Transmission Oil
If you want you can do like I did and go to a GM dealership and get a quart of GM Synchromesh. It's the ****, but it cost me $11 plus tax for a quart. You just mix it in with your regular tranny oil.

How well did that work...Did you feel a big difference. Last year I was going to do it until the sales rep told me what vehicle I had and he said he would not reccomend me doing that.....Kind a scared me. So i didn't....

I haven't actually put it in yet... Just picked it up today, to do tomorrow when I do my oil change.
Seriously, what could go wrong with using it? Everyone I know swears by the stuff, and in all kinds of cars.

honda MTF.

syncromesh in new/healthy trannies isn't recommended because it's too thin.

if your syncros are already toast, and grind, give the 'mesh a try.
