WHO KNOWS HOW TO WORK GREDDY PROFEC B2???

I can not get this peice of **** to work this is giving me a migrain if anyone know how to use this thing correctly please pm me back. My problem is i got my car to stay on HI setting at 14 pounds but i cannot get it to stay on low boost stock wastegate spring or 10 pounds.
