Stock? Performance Transmission? 6 speed?
Yes i searched
Its only a matter of time time before my transmission dies in my 96 ex i am thinking of 4 options, rebuild, replace with new stock, performance, performance 6 speed. I dont want to kill my gas mileage for now but eventually this car will be boosted and a bunch of other crap. Which one should i go for?
Also im planning on running my dying tranny till it is completely dead. this isnt going to screw my car up is it?

Yeah, the only 6 speed honda transmission for FF cars is the RSX type S tranny. K20a2. There is no such thing as a D series 6 speed. Not even aftermarket.
And if you plan on getting a "performance" tranny for your D series, be prepared to lay down close to $2,000.
