I just installed a Victor X Manifold and now I'm having idleing problems.
I tried to fix it with the idle adjustment screw but it still idles high.
It stays steady at about 1300, and I can't hold it at a steady RPM of 3000 with under no load.
I don't think there is a leak b/c it seems to hold boost fine.
Any suggestions?

if idling high, its probably the intake mani gasket (vaccum leak) , make sure you clean the head well (Get all of the old gasket off) and torque the manifold down properly.

agreed, if the motor bogs when you do this it shows where a leak is

Cut a small tube. Put one end of tube to ear. Move other end of tube around places where there could be a vaccum leak. It is a vaccum leak, you just need to track it down. My intake mani did the exact same thing when I had open air injection holes on a 97 y7.
the engine will still make boost, even with a pretty large leak.have you checked all the fittings on the bottom side of the mani?i had one of the plugs fall out while driving on my Victor mani.

Thanks a lot guys...I gotta buy some carb cleaner then I'll try it out.
Whith the carb cleaner what will happen? Will it bubble? Will it get sucked up b/c of vacuum?

It will suck it in and cause a rich condition, bogging the engine.

Did you check to make sure you reconnected all the plugs correctly on the proper sensors. When i was swapping a b16 into my cx, i had accidently plugged the purge valve plug (2 pin, which b16 doesn't use) to the iacv and i got an idle that wouldn't hold steady at 3000.
But most likely sounds like vaccum leak to me, try the carb cleaner trick!
