I've searched and what I keep finding is the thread of swaping the pans... Is there anyway to bolt it in as is? Or w/ minor modification.. I've got my stock sol seats but was gonna sell them to help pay for the s2000 seats...

That seems like a waste. The Del Sol seats are better than most of the factory seats available.
I don't know if they bolt in, but with a angle grinder+welder anything is possible.

Cut off the stock mounting brackets on the S2000 seats and then make your own it is pretty easy. Really easy of you have a brake and a welder. They looked great and fit great in my sol

From what ive heard, no, there is nothing you can do with simple bolting of the bottom rails of s2000 seat swaps. Pan swaps arent bad, if you are dead set on those seats, which ive sat in in a s2000 and find less comfortable than del sols.. do the pan swap.
Assuming this is the thread you're referring to, there's basically no other way of making the stock rails match up besides swapping pans or cutting/welding the S2000 rails to fit.
3 of the four mounting points will work but the fourth, as you can see from the picture, is a complete loss. I would strongly recommend getting all 4 points down, otherwise you may have "trouble" with insurance later. On the plus side since it's a Del Sol, you only need to swap pans, the S2000 hinge should work out fine. (that worries me more than the seatpan swap).
Personally I paid <$400, shipped, for my 2nd set of Del Sol seats (which just wore through, dammit), so I don't know how much you're going to get for your existing seats. If the moons align I'll probably do an S2000 seat swap using my old seats this summer...

thanks I might just have to swap the pans then... That just means i'll have to save up money instead of sell my seats
yeah the s2000's are leather. Hey guy dont listen to all these other guys. I liek del sol seats too but go for what you like because interior has got to be one of my bigest things and in my 99 si i hate the seats im going for del sols.
i installed them in my 97 civic, just bent the front bolt holes down to match, and then lined up one of the back ones, with 3/4 bolt holes it was fine. there is a wierd one on the stock s2000 rail, i didnt bolt it down cause i didnt think it was necessary, but if you want to you can just drill a small hole there and screw it down.
