Default question about itr ecu in si

just got an itr ecu with the imobilizer taken out, but now the car won't turn over. anybody know why it won't? and if anyboudy is wondering no its not stolen, and i did a search.

are you *SURE* the immoblizer was disabled?
just for a test
put the old ecu in and try and start it
if it starts the itr ecu is not immobilized.
(please excuse my crappy spelling, it is late and i dont care )

i'm pretty sure the immobilizer is out, cause the person who did it has a fair amount of knowledge in doing this (programs ecu and all that stuff) i did what you said already and still nothing, the wierd thing is when i try and turn the car over, it won't start but the radiator fan turns on for some reason, and the cars has been sitting around for about three hours, and its cold
