suspension is 90% subjective... people don't use objective tests (slalom runs, lateral g's, braking distance, etc.) then compare the results. they use it felt stiff, soft, just right, better...

in any event, i've heard good things about tein ss, and i've also heard good things about omnipower. you can get "custom" spring rates with omnipower. i'm not sure whether you can or not with tein ss. can't go wrong with either brand.

Pointer. No matter what, even with the 19's you should downsize. I have a 99 accord with 17's with the Eichbach sportlines. Rides and handles amazing. Yet I have just started tuning my car, I will most likely be upgrading the wheels to probably 18's because 19's are just too big, and better suspension all around. Try lowering the size of the wheel and possibly a all around suspension most likely from Tien(great suspension).

welll i really dont wnat to lower the size of the wheel...i figured on the coilovers to adjust the rear height since for the stuff on the trunk..and again to mainly help the handling........

do you guys think that my pro kit springs with some new kyb adx's struts WOULD PROVIDE the same effect..

Without reduction in the size of the wheel you may need to cut into the wheel well so that your radius for turning may be bigger and if you want to lower it more then you'll have to relocate the place for the whole shock assembly..

i know, but im not trying to slam the car to the ground...i really want to adjust the height to get away from the sag...since i have a sysytem in the trunk with all the custom fiber glass stuff...and since im am trying to turbo the accord too...(other thread) i figured that a coilover kit would be better that just replacing my struts with adjustables to match my prokit......

YEsterday my boy got the ss's installed in his 02 max...that **** handled so nice and he has 19's too..now i know you guys think that the rims are a bit much,,,but im trying to keep them that size...

i paid $800 shipped for my Tein SS... and yes Tein offers different spring rates as well, however you have to request different or you will get the standard 390f/220r spring rates

My coilovers are by far the best money I've spent on my car so far
