I picked up a bunch for $9.50 per 500 ml last year from Motive when I bought their power bleeder. It was part of a sale/deal at the time, I haven't seen it that cheap since, but I'm sure if you looked around you might find it. I've also gotten it from Cobalt in the past as well.
Also check local Motorcycle shops since many times they carry it.
If you find it for less than $11. let us know.

It is a racing fluid and meant for track use - but yes, it will flushed and changed more often than your typical DOT 3 or DOT 4 fluids. The benefits out-weigh the maintainence for cars that see heavy track duty.

I use it for DD. I flush it no more than once per year.
