Default ecu troubles... 99-00 si ecu in a 4th gen civic, any clue????

I have a 99-00 civic si ecu, motor, and trans... I have the wiring harness that goes from the ecu to the engine, but I do not have the harness for the inside of the car for the ecu, the one that controls the ignition and power to the ecu, basically, I have 2 of the 3 plugs in the ecu, does anyone know where I can get the last plug or have any idea how I can go about doing this whole thing? I am doing the swap in 1 week, so hopefully i figure this out.. thanks.

I'd sell the 99 Si ecu and find a p28 or p30 ecu.

Your motor is obd2 (96+) and your car is pre-obd (all hondas up to 91). I suggest an obd1 conversion.
This requires the 99 Si distributor, 4 wire o2 sensor (from any 92-95 honda/acura),
preobd --> obd1 conversion harness, and a p28 or p30 ecu.
If you have a dx/std you must also convert from dpfi to mpfi. Add wires for vtec. Use the 99 si harness for extra pins/connectors. That's it for electrical.

The 99 Si tranny won't work w/o modification. Either get the hasport cable to hydro kit or find a cable tranny. If you have skills you can install a full hydro system.

Thanks alot, that site actually has obd-0 to obd-2 conversion as well, which right now is an easier option for me... Can anyone tell my why converting to obd-2 is not that common?
