well i have a jdm b18b1 with a jrsc on the stock 5-6psi pulley. i know superchargers make that lovely whining noise. but for those who have a somewhat similar setup at what rpm does it make that beautiful whyne? Myne almost sounds like the belt isnt catching or something till later. Feels like a turbo instead of a supercharger really..thanks guys

 

I DONT KNOW IF THIS APPLIES TO WHAT YOU'RE ASKING, BUT I HAD A BUILT CRX WITH A JRSCHARGER PUSHING 10-12PSI AND IT WOULD KICK IN RIGHT AWAY, BUT IT WOULDN'T WHINE UNTIL IT WAS AT FULL BOOST AROUND 2500 RPMS. NEVER KNEW IF THAT WAS NORMAL, BUT I KILLED OTHER CARS WHEN WE RACED ALL THE TIME AND NEVER GOT IT CHECKED OUT.

thats somewhat myne does. 2500-3000rpm is when it wines. anyone else confirm?
