Default White smoke still, after new HG (searched)

i was blowing alot of white smoke and the radiator needed to be filled daily... had the headgasket changed but its still drinking coolant. radiator holds a vacuum, cause i can hear the suction when i take the cap off. and i do have the milkyness in the oil cap. the car idles a little rough, but whlie cruising it drives fine... and it still pulls good when im on the freeway. if a sleeve was cracked or the head was warped, wouldnt performance be noticable lower? and ive never overheated the motor. its never even gone past normal. wtf?

sleeve may have sunk as well... try a leakdown and see what the tests yield. Then again, when you had the HG replaced, didnt you or the mechanic inspect the condition of the cylinders?

You can get roughly the same performance, however, when the coolant mixes with the oil, the oil loses a lot of its ability to lubricate, so if I were you, I wouldnt push it too hard until you reall ypinpoint what it is.

EDIT: You said you see milkyness in the oil cap, but what about the oil itself? any milkyness you can see in the dipstick (or lots of bubbles after driving)? How about any milkiness in the actual coolant? Milkyness under the oil cap can just be condensation, however, if its been a couple of weeks since the change in HG, and you still have to add coolant daily, then prepare for the worst.

If its only been a week since the HG replacement, you could be topping off the coolant as air bubbles are working themselves out of the system, however, if its been 2 months or something, and you're still topping it off, i'd be much more concerened. I'd definately look into getting a leakdown performed.

No.

As said before, if you're sure you're getting coolant in the oil, there's a few things it could be.

I'm assuming you have iron sleeves, since you mentioned sleeves instead of cylinder walls? If so, it's more likely that the sleeves dropped instead of them cracking. This can be checked w/ a dial caliper and the head pulled off. The top of the sleeves will be sitting below the level of the surrounding block.

The head may have warped, but once again you will have to pull the head and check it w/ feeler gauges and a machinist's straight edge.

when you did the headgasket was the head checked for straightness, surfaced and pressure tested?

oops, my bad. i meant cylinder walls... all stock 93 jdm h22. its only been 2 days since the HG was changed. and i dont think its just topping off liquid cause im still blowing white smoke out of the exhaust. btw, it was in #1 only... 2/3/4 were all black but 1 was clean as a whistle.

the old gasket looked good still, but we put a new one on anyways. head was fine, checked with a straight edge.

not that it matters but here is a vid while idling and then mashing down my street. i compared it to other vids i had... and it feels like it performs the same, i just dont get it??
