Default built motor

i know this is kind of one of those no no's but... ok if i stroke a GSR out to a 2.2 11.5:1 comp, stg3 PNP head and a set of toda C's. with all other bolt ons like manifold TB and such how much WHP could it make, maybe like 240 or might it be higher sorry bout the question but i im lookin to build an all motor build that can be a daily driver and make a healty 240 plus WHP

im sure it would make good power..

but 240whp is alot and would cost a good ammount!

i dont know, 240whp sounds like FULL build for a b18 to put out, you would need alot of tuning!

Go k-series, 240whp isn't as difficult with the K. They don't look as good is the only downfall. IMO

It takes alot to get 240. It takes even more to make it a reliable daily driver.

if you're gonna bore out to 2.2 liters, i say go with a high comp h22, jun 3's, a nice header, hondata and you'll be about 220-240...i see h22's make that kind of power with very minimal mods.

yea i thought bout the h22 but i already have a full GSR swap in my car adn i can get a fat *** deal on a Dart block so thats why i wanna stick with the B. but like all you are sayin it will take tons of cash and it stilll may not get there with everythin i said. i dont know i guess ill just have to be happy with like 230ish casue that shuold be easy to hit with the stuff i plan on doing. thanks for evryones imput

well its easier for a 2.2 b series to reach 240 versus a 2.0 b series to reach 240, and ive seen some 2.0s getting beyond 240..... so im gonna yes 240 reliably in a 2.2 build... you might wanna look a different set of cams... tho
