Default OE Cam Markings/Letters for Type S and Standard

I've seen posts about identifying Type S cams from Standard H22 cams. The best way of course is to have them measured, etc. I'm not sure if I'm on to something or not.

If you look on H22 cams near the cylinder #2 (second from cam gears) lobes there is a letter casted on there. I'm not sure if anyone knows what this means, may be something, might be nothing most people would care about. However, if this means something it might be a way to identify what H22 cams are which without measuring.

I have a set of 1994 H22 cams that have the letter "G" and set of H22 cams not sure what year or if they are Type S or not that have the letter "E"

Any feedback would be great from people who know what the letter means or have the letter visible now. Like I said it might help each other out, especially in the classifieds or eBay.

Mine say RL and RM

There is another thread floating around on here somewhere where like 5 or 6 people compared letters. I do not think any one had the same
