K20 ... hence the intake up front and header in back.

did you use the EG/DC subframe also?

edit look like there a DC integra in the back ground with the same flat black paint and K20

im me for what was used....

yes there is a flat black dc in the back ground with a k20.....and yes he will be racing this year!!!!

this is the first JDM K series in echc!! hehe

 

Where did you get those swaps? What was included?

 

are those off the shelf Hasport mounts or were they custom ones?
it seems like you have more ground clearance than the other k20 ek's i've seen

These are a NEW Mount kit that HASport will be offering.

Yes this thing has a TON of ground clearance almost as much as the bseries!!

Swaps came from Larry Jr at http://www.importautosalvage.com engine/tranny/ecu/axels/shifter box/shift cables/stock mounts
very clean and i recommend larry for ANY HONDA SWAP!!!!!!!!!

so will chad constently be re-building and doing new stuff with this motor, even though it must remain OEM? i think its a step in the right direction for chad and keeping the motor in the car

 

looks great. the eg subframe setup into ek should be awesome. what is toptul?!

after you feel the power of k20a in eg/k you will realize all those k20eg/k lap times @ streets of willows are no fluke...

NO....not touching this thing!!!!

The reason for the K upgrade is to keep a BONE STOCK engine and hopefully remain competitive!! If I don't have to touch the engine at all this year i will be ONE HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!!!!!

YES.....camaro/mustang???? why when i'll be able to roll 9/10ths of the muscle field with 1/2 as many cylinders and 1/3 the dispacement!!!
