how does air get into the cooling system?
no, air will rise as the fluid fills the void. Just to make sure you can run the car (not drive, run) with the cap off, heater on and wait till the fan comes on twice.
Or if there is a bleeder valve you can open that to make sure all the air is out.

on DC integras, the bleed valve is (if you are standing looking at the engine bay from the front of the car with the hood open) on the left side of the cylinder head, closest to you on the head. you can use the to bleed it.
right where i said it was. just keep in mind it's a long bolt. it's not on the head, it's on the housing for the thermostat i believe.

Do you have a leak, is that why you are adding fluid?? What about just adding some to the overflow?
If you are just topping it off then you should be fine. However if you are leaking/buring it and have to add a lot then you might end up doing it again

I believe OBD2 Integras do not have a bleeder screw. I know that the earlier B18C1's had them, but later ones did not, and it probably changed with the change to OBD2.
