dsm + evo = headache?
I have a freind that has a DSM 2 and he can get a hold of a evo 4 AWD front clip. he was wondering if its a bolt on affair. anyone know? i tried looking around on the internet, but this is the best web site that i know of for info on stuff like this, anyone know a web site for DSMs?
omg guys hate to crush your dreams but the engine from 4 onwards is mounted the other way round (the right way as most people put it) so im afraid it won't work - you would need an evo 1-3 motor which would be pointless.
oh and sites for dsm - http://www.google.com

heres an evo 4 engine

heres a dsm engine

It will be expensive to do that. I have heard of some guys who got it done at a friends shop and I'm pretty sure they paid no less then $4,000. Better off just starting with the AWD platform.
