Default need help on exhaust question highflow cat or test pipe ??

just swaped a h22a in my 98 civic ex have a apexi N1 catback and stock cat well cat comes up about 3 inches short of the h22 header should i get a highflow universal cat that will fit or get a test pipe ?? i have heard that test pipe i will lose alot of torq ... is that true ?? i don't have any emmisons to follow i am in michigan so don't care about that.. another thing where do i get a test pipe or how do i make one thanks

come on man, H22 in a civic? i dont think you have to worry about losing a little torque. go with the straight pipe.

If there is no emissions to worry about, get a test pipe. An H22 in a Civic isn't common enough where they sell bolt-on straight pipes on the internet but you might wanna check out ebay just in case they do. If you can't go that route, you might try asking around at muffler shops to see if they can make one for you.
