Ok i finally got around to throwing engine back in car. I'm using the original wiring harness. When i turn key ac comes on interior / gauges work. When i turn key I get nothing. I'm sorta baffled everything is hooked up. I'm leaning toward a bad ground but it was to dark to see anything outside when i tried to start it.
Motor is a original motor from car. The fuel pump won't even prime. I checked all the fuses and they are all good. When i push the brake pedal it makes a humming noise? What is that?


1) The resistors boxes were all unplugged but will wrong ones plug into wrong places? There were 3 hooked up to a long metal plate...i think they were fuel pump relay maybe? I might have those hooked up wrong way?

2) Also on the black box that goes to wiring harness and the positive side of the battery which one is power and which is ground? The one closes to front is ground or power?
1988 crx si with d16a6.

Any thing I should check out tomorrow after work let me know. I'm going to start hunting for ground wires tomorrow.
