My buddy got ripped on a shady JDM H22 swap into his BB2 and the VSS never got wired up, so no VTEC, no speedo, no fun. We were looking through the engine compartment over the weekend to check things out and I noticed that there was no plug for the VSS on the engine harness. So, my immediate thought is to save his *** a bunch of money and wire it up without a plug, but the only problem is that I'm not sure which spade on the VSS itself actually goes to what location. I know that the three are a signal line (which I believe goes to the B10 location on the ECU), the +12V IGN source, and the ground, of course. So, does anyone know what each spade does so I can wire this for him and help out a fellow Honda guy in having some VTEC? Thanks a bunch, guys.

i have the answer for OBD2 but im not sure this would help.

Plug A slot 9 which is BRN/BLK

Plug C slot 18 which is BLU/WHT

 

Shouldn't there be three wires? 12V IGN, ECU, Ground?
