codes for an 89 hatch

so let me get this right, to read codes on my baby, i have to count the flashes in the middle and write them down and refer to a manuel.?

Yes count the number of flashes from the LED in the ecu and refer to a manual. Also http://www.hybridgarage.com has the codes listed in their tech library.

thanks, yeah i counted 13 flashes

on that site, honda ecu trouble codes if im correct, my ecu blinks 13 times over and over so that would make it the EGR lift sensor correct? im juss makin sure bc ive never trouble shot codes this way...thanks.

No code 13 is the barometric pressure sensor which I believe is in the ecu. The codes start underneath the model and year listing on that site. So the description under code 13 is for the baro sensor.
