Its an Exedy clutch and doesnt even have a year of use on it. However Its been sittin in the trunk of my car for over a year, maybe some water got to it or somthing although it may just be some kind of build-up. Crappy pics, but it almost looks like rust What yall think?

brake cleaner, and sand the PP with some 400. (lightly) see how it looks after that.

 

looks like surface rust. bolt it up and dump it a couple of times... should be like new.
