cool thanks.

so if i wanted to make my own, where would i take it where i could have half an RSX axle and half a civic axle and be like "put these together to this length"?

Is there places that do that and have them balanced?

I would love to get a b series axle to fit a ford festiva hub

The best axle setup as far as using the Hasport K20 bolt in kit are either 02-05 Civic Si or RSX-S axles with the outter joints swapped out for 94-01 integra or Si coupe jounts. You don't need to worry about balancing these either.

There's a company by the name of Pro-Fab makes axles for this swap too (which I'm currently running), but the problem with them is that they're unbalanced (didn't know this till after I got my car running), when I get on the accelerator the car shudders/vibrates.....kinda like how a B-series swap in an EF civic feels...haha..

I don't wanna diss Hasport, but I haven't heard good things about their specialized axles for this swap. Heard numerous stories of their axles breaking.

Since you're out on the east coast you should hit up http://www.hybrid-racing.com , I think there out in your neck of the woods and they specialize in K20/24 swaps..

k20 axles are the same as EGs. the splines are the same, i dont know about the length. you have to measure and try it out.
one thing to remember is the axle slides in and out as the wheel goes up and down. too short and it will drop out and too long it will bind.

lol, how can you make this statement regarding K20 & EG...axles? yet you're not sure on the axle lengths?

They are not the same. K20 axles have 36mm outter splines.
