Trouble with the SS tranny!

Trouble with the SS tranny!
It drives fine...the only problem is when I shift it down to D3 in normal auto...it doesn't feel like it's all the way in D3.
My car doesn't indicate that I am in D3. and I can feel that I am still driving in 4th
When I shift it down to D2, it indicates that I am in D3
D1 shows D2 and it won't go into the 1st gear..
What could be the problem here?

could your control module be crapping out?

this doesnt really help u with this problem, but it will help u avoid future ones, start saving up for a manual swap, auto tranny's on ludes suck, many people go through 3+ by 100k miles
