Default Possible Wiring Problem...Need Help!

I have a 95' Honda Accord EX (vtec) that I purchased from a friend before last winter. I noticed that power windows, sunroof, speedometer, odometer, and tachometer only work when my headlights are on. Does anyone know if this is a wiring problem or just a bad relay? Any help is greatly appreciated...

All of these accessories are hooked up to a 12 volt "accessory" wire. So these are only supplied voltage when the key is on. You probly know that. What it sounds like is previous owner is supplying voltage to those circuits via the headlight voltage, after the fuse panel/relays.If you can find that, there is an empty socket underneath driver side kick panel with 1 yellow wire, and 1 orange or red wire. Yellow is constant 12 v, the other is switched ignition 12 volts. It's an extra plug tapped in there for accessories. I have used mine for my tachometer and airfuel guage. The hardest part is going to be finding where the voltage to that circuit is coming from.
