Of the three, the 92 Talon is probably the best one but if you aren't in a huge rush, you could wait to find one of the following:
Thunderbird Turbo Coupe
Merkur XR4ti
Mustang SVO
Ideally find one of these cars with a 5-speed tranny as it will have the less restrictive 0.63 turbine.
All these three (anyone add any to this list?) come with the T3 super-60 compressor which will spool faster than most turbo kits out there and still flows ALMOST as well (looking at the compressor maps I would say it's better matched to our motors than any T04E but empirical evidence shows otherwise). This will be a kick *** turbo that won't leave you with "NEED MORE TURBO" syndrome when you're done, and then when you DO need another turbo you can just swap for a larger T3/4 hybrid and keep ALL your existing piping (manifold, downpipe, etc) when you upgrade.

Internal?? They have an internal wastegate if that's what you're asking... I'm not sure on other applications. I know Ford diesel trucks run some trim of T-3 but I'm not sure what compressor is on it. Considering the difference in displacement between a ford super duty and an Integra it's probably not a very good match.

IT really depends on what motor you are going to put it on.. the Mr2/Volvo turbo are going to be to small for a larger B-series motor.. The 14b (TDO5h) Mitsu can just do fine on a B-series.. all these turbos are internally gated.
If you can get the 14b cheap, pick it up.

saab's also have a garrett t-3 turbo. The older ones are oil cooled and the newer ones are water and oil cooled.I'm not sure on the specks (if anybody knows please inform me) but they are awsome for the sohc (it's equal to a t3t4 hybrid on a b series) and just as good on a b series because they spool pretty fast.
Oh and they bolt rite up to a drag manifold perfectly (compressor to block clearances) and they are both t-3 flanges.

which 1 is the 14b?
would the turbo off the eclipse be just right for my b17a or is it to small? (93 gsr)
