Default would bad knuckle cause vibration

I just had a b16 swapped into an crx hf and had a bad vibration at speeds of about 55+mph. I had wheels balanced and which helped get rid of most of vibration. I can still feel some vibration though especially from drivers side front. To my question now, the knuckles that I swapped did not have the greatest bearings and I was wondering if this could cause the vibration that I am feeling?

yes, thats probably it. bad bearings will definitely cause vibration. if you don't have the funds to get a new bearing pressed in, i'm sure a knuckle wouldn't be too hard to find used from a friend or a junkyard or something.

it might be ball joints too, i had bad ball joints in a 84 prelude and the front end shook out of control anywhere above 60mph..

bearings are also a good idea to check, but usually when those go you have a lot of screetching and strange noise coming from one side or the other.
