hi guys, my friend has a 97 accord dx. we ordered an intake for him on ebay and installed it today. there is only one concern. the intake has two "pipes" coming out of it near the manifold. one is larger than the other. we connected the larger one to the engine using the tube provided and we left the smaller one as is cuz we didnt find anything to hook it up to. do u guys have an idea what the small one connects to? thanks

 

You're probably refering to the resignator (hooks up on the bottom side of the original intake). You can take the whole box out, plug up the vacuum lines, and leave the little actuator plugged in (I think it'll throw a code, not sure though). Just follow it back, the resignator is just a big plastic box near the original air scoop.
