Alarm draining battery
well I have a clifford alarm and all my system hooked up to my battery. what I was wondering if I disconnect everything from the negative cable will I blow a fuse when I connect it back? and how do I know which is the alarm cable also, since I dont want to disconnect my radio, tv's, and PS2?
ummm ok.. your response was not helpful at all.. why post useless info??? for your information I dont need to steal poo poo. I have a 93 del sol that is a show car and my dang battery is getting drained.. so if anyone has an intelligent answer pls post. thanks

If you want to do a test to see if your alarm is draining your battery, just remove the fuse(s) from the alarm harness. In the Clifford case, the fuses are near the battery (two 20 amps and one 5 amps in some cases). Usually Clifford provides with black selfcovered fuse holders with black wiring. Look for them at no more than 12" from the battery. Everything given the installer performed the install by the manufacturer installation manual.
P.S.: Be aware of power locks unoperative from remote while alarm is disabled.
