my del sols passenger and rear windows wont roll up. i took off my roof and rolled windows down. when i went to roll them up they wouldnt work. driver side window still works. i checked the fuses and they are fine. what do i do?

 

perhaps faulty connection? contacts are dirty on switch? can you roll it up on the passenger side switch?

 

No, I cant roll it up on the passenger side.

Let me clarify this. They only can roll down but won't roll back up? Or when you rolled them down, they stopped working period? I can't remember exactly the correct wiring schematics from civics to del sol models, but IIRC, if the main switch isn't connected (the one on the driver side door panel), the passenger window will fail to roll up. My guess is that the contacts are poor on the switch. Try wiggling the plug to the switch while trying to roll the windows up. If that's not the case, see if you're getting any power to the passenger and rear window and start from there. Does the auto down on the driver side work?

 

they got stuck in the down position. the driver side works perfectly. the driver side plugs are connected, i even unplugged it and wiggled it around. tomorrow im gonna check to see if they are getting power.
