Default what's the problem with my car after the launch?

Whenever I launch between 3-4k rpm I get a lot of wheel spin which I understand, but when I shift at 8100 rpm to 2nd gear something weird happens. Either the clutch is not grabbing or the wheel are still spinning and the rpms drop to 4500 rpm after shifting to 2nd gear. If I shift at 8100 rpm, the rpms should not go lower than 5600 rpm in 2nd gear.
If I launch at 2500 rpm, this does not happen. I know it makes sense to launch at a lower rpm, but I am trying to figure out if I need more traction or a better clutch or BOTH. A LSD would also be nice.

28k miles.
It's weird, when I shift the rpms drop to 5600 rpm in 2nd gear, then the car bogs anf I see the rpms dropping from 5600 to 4500. I think the clutch might be slipping, but not sure because it does not happen if I shift at 8100 from a rolling start. If it was the clutch, it would do it all the time, right?
