im posting this for my brother........hes looking to get this engine but cant find a place close by to get. he found GOOD deals but these people are too far. i was just wondering if anyone can help with any information on getting this engine..thanks

 

are you saying he wants to pick it up locally and doesn't want it shipped?

 

he wants to find the closest place as possible......he also cant find anyone who would install it
