Lately Ive been using the plasma cutter to blow the hole needed for the turbo flange in log manifolds. The only downside to this has been the slag that sticks to the inside of the manifold. Ive been spraying the inside with anti-spatter spray you typically use for MIGing to keep the little BB's off stuff but it burns off fairly quickly. It helps out quite a bit but I wanted to know if anyone else had a better solution to keeping the slag from sticking inside the manifolds.
