Omni Power springrate
Obviously the 12k/10k is stiffer and will be more suited as a "race" suspension. The 10k/8k would be good for a dd/occasional racer. I do not have any experience with the coilovers so I can't give first hand knowledge.

well I'm only 1% of however many people you've gotten an opinion about them...but all I can say is I take corners hella fast now...they do have a slight bounce but nothing jarring...I really like the adjustibility on them, I have the set up dropped to about 2/2.25" and It's still a firm ride. I am sure that GC's are much better, a friend of mine actually has skunk2's I need to try those out and see what they are like. I am sure you know the history between Skunk2 and Omnipower...hit the search button and you'll see what I'm talking about.
If you have friends who already have Omni or GC's try them out and you decide. go with your gut.

Uh you got the best in the market..you need to just keep what you got and buy a new set of struts...Koni Blue's or KYB-AGX's..or if your on a tight budget get non adjustables from either one. Your handling characteristics will change dramatically. What ever you do though..and depending how low you go...don't remove the bump stop..shave or cut it if you have the older long piece and use the shorter side of it. It will prevent you from bottoming out and damaging your suspension. If you go lower than 2.5 you might feel some bouncyness that's because your hitting the bump stop on rough road surfaces..friends tell me to remove the stop but I am not an idiot..they are there for a reason....

if you've encountered some rough uneven road and hear a big clunking sound at the corners when your car's front end recovers from the bounce, no bump stops. if you just feel a cushion feel, your covered.

jack it up and look if you really want to know. it should be sitting at the top of the strut.

If you got a digi cam..shoot it and post. just for ***** and giggles.
