Default Tranny Poblem?

For some odd reason my transmission is having a problem going in gear. I noticed tonight with the tranny in neutral that when i press my clutch in that the car idles around 900 and when i let go of the clutch it seems as if the clutch is grabbing and the car boggs down. I can actually hear the clutch grab when i let go of the clutch even though im not in gear. What could this be? It wont let me put the car in gear when i come to a complete stop.

It could be that the clutch is not disengaging all the way. Bleed the slave cylinder and see if it helps it any.

correct. also if your clutch is starting to go then most likely the springs on the clutch are shot.
