Default Little black button

I noticed there is a little black button on the left side of the steering wheel about knee height. Just curious what, if anything, its for? Kind of a random question I know but thank you

maintence required light reset. if i remember correctly, hold button, turn to on, wait for light to go out.

edit: oh, left side, that could be the factory keyless alarm kill switch...

Do you mean to the right of the steering wheel?

NOO..left is the maintenance reset...under the dash on the right is the alarm switch...remember??

I don't have a pic of mine but if it is too the left side of the column/wheel it is the Valet button for the optional keyless entry/alarm unit.. I will see if i can get a photo later today of mine...

Yea. I remember installing mine i didn't want to cut holes so i taped it to the bottom of the dash.
