Pull the steering column covers(top and bottom). The ignition lock is held by two round bolts and nuts. You can either take a Dremel tool with a cutting disc and cut a slot on the tops of the round bolts so you can remove them with a screwdriver, or you can take an old screwdriver and hammer tap the edges of the round bolts counterclockwise to remove them.

The easiest solution is to find your key code. If you remove the lock on the lid of your rear storage compartment, it has a key code. Take it to a Honda dealer and they'll cut a new key for you. You can also get the key code from the hatch lock. The ignition lock cylinder has the key code as well. It is the last four numbers!!

Hope that helps!!
