ok guys i hope u know the answer to this lol..ok i got a b16 swap and i got a typoon intake manifold...it is AEBS but my IACV doesnt line up even with it..does anyone know which IACV i should use??? i have a 92-95 ex one but it doesnt line up.. so if anyone knows that would help thanks

 

anyone..just know what type like IACV i would use.. like off of which car??? thanks... cuz my idle is bumping right now up and down.. and i wanna try and fix it..

 

Did you bypass the FITV? Also are you 100% positive its not the right size and also did you get the right manifold? Just wondering because I heard that on those AEBS intake manifolds dont have a place for the FITV so you have to bypass it.

 

ok im 100% sure its the right manifold.... it has a place for it but it doesnt like up evenly with the one i have.. i am using the 92-95 ex one...i just want to know if maybe theres another year one that will make it line up evenly??? has anyone use this intake manifold... thanks...

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but isnt the 92-95 ex gonna have to be on some sort of d series engine. From what you said you have a b16 and I think those would be different manifolds.

Never heard of anyone having any problems with the IACV, only the FITV.

soo do u know which IACV i would need... becuase the one i have isnt line up evenly with the holes... Is the one i am using fine or would i need another one that the spacing is apart??? like is the spacing apart more for a del sol b16... i never seen one.. i am using one of a 95 SOHC v-tec head... thanks

 

You need one off of the B16, B18, it lines up perfectly.

 

No issues with IACV on my 1st Gen B16A AEBS install. Bolted right up.

 

ok so what IACV did u use.. and it bolted right up... did u use a b16 one and an after market intake manifold? thanks
