Default Starting Problems

Ok, well I got a battery last Wednesday, and it started fine until today. It's like it was on the older battery . You think it's probably the alternator? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

it takes like 5 cranks to start and feels weak. it did that before i replaced the battery, then i replaced it and it was fine. now it feels weak and takes like 5-6 cranks to start it.
