URGENT: Soild CEL, No hum from fuel pump, main relay good....i'm stumped
Okay here is the deal, I was driving home the other night on the freeway, just driving at 70ish and all of a sudden my car died. Soild CEL. Turn the key half way on and there is no fuel pump whirrel sound. So I think the pump was jacked. Well, I pulled the pump and replaced it with one that I know is good. Still nothing. Turn the key on and the CEL on the cluster stays on and there is no sound from the fuel pump.
So I change the main relay with one I know is good (pulled from a running car) and still the same thing.
90 CRX si
b18a1
pr4 ecu
When i hook up the fuel pump directly to a battery it will make the whirrel sound so I know it's good.
It is really rather urgent, I'm driving my other car right now and the ****** smokes hard. So I'd like to get this one done.

I pushed my car about a mile because of that fuse..
It will blow if the alternator is overcharging for one thing...
Also Fuse #14 powers the following:
Alternator (voltage regulator)
Emission control solenoid valves
PGM-FI main relay
PGM-FI ECU (IG1)
FUEL PUMP
ELD=eletronic load detector
EACV=electronic air control valve

That fused owned me. I went out and checked it after the under the hood ones.
Now she is having a problem starting. Coil was jacked too =/
My other car is still smokin' hard
thanks though for the help
