Yes it has been done, but no I unfortunately don't have a pic. But this is also something I would wanna see. BTW, to keep appropriate wheel diameter I think a 225/45/16 works better.

From my quick calculation :
205-55r16: diameter of 24.87 inches
225-50r16: diameter of 24.85 inches (0.1% smaller)
225-45r16: diameter of 23.97 inches (3.6% smaller)
Anyways, I just want to see if the tire looks ugly on the rim (i.e. too bold)
