Can I reuse my "bitch pin" when I swap my tranny? Is there any thing else that you need to replace aswell. Any bolts, washers, pins, etc.? I just want to know what parts need to be replaced when you swap a tranny. Just about ready for the swap and I am just getting the last parts together. Any help would be great.

 

You could reuse everything if you want. I would highly recommend replacing any and all cotter pins you remove though.

Where would I get some cotter pins from? Honda? How many do you think I will need?

Bitch Pin, that's funny never heard it called that before. Makes perfect since though .

Just reuse everything. If you install a clutch do you buy all new bolts? If anything replace the shifter bushings and get some energy suspesion bushings. You don't have to but they're pretty cheap and will last alot longer.

Autozone carries little packs of misc sizes of cotter pins. You could buy one of those small boxes and youll be good.
