Default Newly boosted, throwing codes, help, already searched.

OK so i pulled the codes on the car today. (car is a 98 civic with p28 and uber)
Had three cells, the only one I could not find was code 18.

Anyone have a haynes or something to tell me what this is? Also here are the other ones that threw, any ideas why?

41-O2 sensor heater
Could the be cause since the o2 sensor was moved? Ihad to lenthen the wires on the o2 sensor but sodered them all.

20- ELD, i think that might be because I had ELD checked on uber

Disable the ELD and the 02 heater (not sure if Uberdata can do that) or better yet fix the broken 02 heater circuit. Either the wires are wrong or the 02 sensor is bad.

disable the o2 heater.

what do you mean by lights getting bright and dim? like the dash lights? if so thats a charging system problem, thats what the cel could be... have your charging system checked
