99 lights on a 98?

99 civic headlights on a 98?
I have heard mixed questions, will 99 lights off a honda civic ex 2dr coupe fit on a 98 of the same model? I have heard they will and then I have heard that the fenders were changed a litte in 99 so they won't, which is it? I do believe the fenders were changed a little but not sure if the lights still fit...thanks

No. You will have to convert headlights, grille, hood and fenders. Do a search for conversion if you'd like more information on the subject.
