Rotor over Hub conversion
Hey wussup y'all. lol.
I finished my rotor over hub conversion a couple days ago. Everything worked out great! I'm very pleased with the results. The parts I used for my 97 Accord EX 5-spd were as follows:
98 CL 2.3 front hubs
98 CL 2.3 front rotors
97 Accord EX bearings
These parts will work for all 4cyl 5th gen accords, no matter what the trim. If it works for 6cyl's also, enlighten me. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.

yea i also did that swap too as well, comes in handy now whenever i need to change rotors.. as for the bearings it could be any bearings from 90-97 :D
it'll work for 90-93 as well, 90-97 accords same brakes, suspension, etc...did u use the stock 97 accord calipers or are those different???
kniob: stock 90-97 accord front rotors are pressed on and you gotta take out axels to get to 4 bolts holding the rotors on from behind, this conversion makes the front rotors like the rear rotors where its hub->rotor->wheel so its easier to change rotors, im not sure though if these use the 2 screws like the rears do but ppl leave them off anyways so it doesnt matter...

Speaking of bearings.. you wouldn't beleive how hard it was to press the bearings out of my knuckles. Left side was a pain.. the right side broke the rotor in half just pressing it out.

if u do use the screws make sure u use an impact screwdriver to tighten/loosen them, or else theyll get stripped to hell

i wanted to ask what the prices you guys paid for the hubs because i've been making calls and have been getting 100+ per side. but i've been reading others have bought for 40-50 per side. might have to consider going out and buying used =s
