Just finished ITR/CIVC swap but NO Ignition power
I have a 97 hx and swapped a jdm itr into it. Used hx wire harness. everything has been plugged in except:
1. Crank pos sensor (jdm motor doesn't have one)
2. Knock sensor (p28 wont need it)
3. Vtec pressure wire (itr doesnt have one)
4. O2 sensors (not sure which one to plug into my 4-1 header, would like advice) jdm only requires one.
3 ground wires hooked up ( valve cover, tranny, thermostat)
I thought i had everything ready went to crank the car over and it cranked a couple of times. Then power went out. Realized i didnt have the ecu plugged in. OOOOps! So i plugged in the JDM p73 in and still no power. The starter doesnt turn over and the gauge cluster doesnt light up whe the key is in the on position. Also my power windows are powerless and so is my a/c fan.
I checked all of the fuses both under the hood and under the dash. All are good. I am wondering if i fried the main relay? What's the diagnosis?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
