Will a zdyne pm6 run a obd0 ls/vtec turbo?

Default Will a zdyne pm6 run a obd0 ls/vtec turbo?
Im looking into buying a PM6 ecu with zdyne for my 91 integra w/ a turbo ls/vtec motor. Will this work?
the ecu is a zdyne SECU w/ vtec control.
