Default Removing Exhaust from hangers

When changing the exhaust the hangers just slide out of the rubber holding them correct? One or two looked like they would be hard to get out but I haven't tried yet.

Is it even worth trying to remove the old bolts or should I just go ahead and cut them off?

just spray some wd40 and bang it out with a rubber malet
