Easy fix, but obviously totaled. No offense, but I don't have to tell you that a 4th generation is valued pretty low. Just glancing I give the damage estimate around $3200 (assuming the front door pillar is bent, hard to see on this monitor). The car is probably valued at about $3000 - $3400 depending on milage, condition, etc.

My recomendations are...

If the door pillar is bent, pull you parts and part ways with it. That's tough to ever get right and usually expensive.

If the pillar is not bent, let them total it, then buy it back from the insurance company for no more than $500 and fix it yourself.

Again, I can't see the pictures above here at work, so I could be way off.

 

my other side of my car is dammaged to as well yeeah the Pillar wass fuct my interior was crunched in as well .. i manage to ripp every thing of that i could n they gave me 4300.0Cnd 4 it ....i bought it for2000.0 spent about 2 gs on it.. but took everything i spent on it all off xcept the paint.....i got my jdm SS cat-back exhuast, intake clear lights rear n frnt, stereo, RPM tach, Crx seats, coilovers, emblems, shcoks out to , just had to put all the stock stuff back.. but man i miss my hatch...

Ive had a 93 cx stolen, with a full swap...95 si totaled by a neon that nudged me on the freeway...helloooooo median (I wasnt doing 95 'OR' racing, honest officer). 91si rear-ended by a suv..she was 16 driving daddys suv, doing 35 mph but looking in the back seat...I just bought GT3 and was waiting at a stop light...you know how that one ended. Currently I have a 90 si...and yes...I do have a 8-point welded rollcage now Keep your chin up kiddo'. There are a ton of fish in the sea....youll find another.

Looks kinda familiar, this is my buddies crx that he lost in december. And they are not an easy fix, when they take a hit on that a pillar area there, it does crunch the whole car over, my buddies roof was out about an 1/8th of an inch, enough that his roof wouldn't open. And the dash was also pinched over. Although, he lost his due to horrible weather conditions, he hit a ridge of snow on the road, and it kicked him sideways.
