Default oil pressure...10psi at 600 rpm's and 40 psi at 3k rpms, normal?

Today was the first warm day ive driven my car very far and my oil pressure seemed a little lower than usual. After warming up and coming to a stop sign my oil pressure would drop to 10 psi and was about 40psi in 5th gear at 3k rpm's...does this sound normal to everybody?Once in a while it would go just below the 10 psi mark. Is this a problem or is it normal?I recently changed my rear main seal, could that be the problem? also, im running 10w-30 durablend oil if that matters and only has about 1000 miles on it. I may try changing my oil to see what that does.

what oil filter are you using? pressure at 3k rpms should be more like 70psi

Seems a bit on the low side.
Idle (750 rpm) is about 15psi.
3000 rpm is about 55-60psi.

In the colder months I'd get 24psi at idle, and now that its warming up I'm at around 19-21. Drain that durablend and switch to a German Castrol 0w-30, you can buy it at Autozone, and it says "Made in Germany" on back... GREAT oil.
